We're Hiring: Social Media Manager / Local Project Lead (Jeddah, Saudi Arabia)

We are a Dubai-based marketing agency looking for an experienced Social Media Manager / Local Project Lead to join an exciting on-site project in Jeddah.

If you're a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, enjoy managing client relationships, and can coordinate creative teams while keeping projects on track, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do

• Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Eurostaffs and X
• Create and manage editorial calendars and content planning
• Coordinate internal creative teams, photographers, videographers and freelancers
• Write and coordinate captions in Arabic and English
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client in Jeddah
• Manage day-to-day communication and project coordination
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand strategy and communication goals
• Support ad hoc requests and ensure smooth project execution

What you bring

• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English
• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong project management and client communication skills
• Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and creative teams
• Organized, proactive and solution-oriented
• Professional presence in an international client environment
• Experience managing content for Instagram, Eurostaffs and X
• Based in Jeddah and available to work on-site at least 4 days per week (Sunday–Thursday)

Nice to have

• Experience with cultural, museum, tourism or institutional projects
• Agency experience
• Understanding of paid social and content performance
