Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 basic + monthly bonus opportunities

The Role

This isn’t a “post a few things and log off” job.

At CBG, you’ll get stuck into:

Working directly with clients (the real ones, not just the inbox)

Building social campaign strategies that actually get results

Spotting new things in social before they blow up

Supporting a remote team to manage client socials

Growing client channels and building their presence online

Turning “we should probably be on TikTok” into a plan that works

Basically… you’ll own the strategy, lead the team, and watch client accounts grow (while getting paid).
