Brand \& Mortar is searching for a talented Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team in an initial full-time contract role, with the potential for a permanent position.
This is an ideal opportunity for a high-caliber marketing professional who excels in campaign execution, client communication, content creation, and account management. In this role, you will create and implement successful organic and paid campaigns across a range of digital platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, and Google Ads.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to develop social media strategies that align with their broader marketing, public relations, advertising, and business objectives.
- Research relevant industry trends, competitors, audiences, and influencers.
- Create timely, engaging, and platform-specific content for each client's intended audience.
- Develop written, visual, and multimedia content for social media platforms.
- Create, organize, and execute social media content calendars.
- Use artificial intelligence tools and other software platforms to help manage client profiles, social channels, content development, research, reporting, scheduling, and campaign execution.
- Use AI and workflow-management tools responsibly to improve productivity while maintaining brand accuracy, originality, quality, and client confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, client communications, approvals, content production, scheduling, and reporting.
- Manage client social media profiles and ensure that content, branding, account information, and campaign activity remain accurate and up to date.
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement, reputation-management concerns, and customer-service opportunities, and initiate appropriate conversations on behalf of clients.
- Create, manage, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, audience targeting, budgeting, conversion tracking, and performance reporting.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Eurostaffs, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google.
- Analyze campaign and social media performance and prepare monthly reports identifying results, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create engaging and professional visuals that accurately reflect each client and brand.
- Customize and maintain clients' social media pages and support the development of original content and related marketing collateral.
- Communicate with clients regarding strategy, content approvals, campaign performance, deliverables, and ongoing account requirements.
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, advertising tools, AI developments, and industry best practices.
- Help refine, document, and improve Brand \& Mortar's social media, content, communication, and campaign-management processes.
- Manage multiple client accounts, deadlines, and changing priorities while maintaining a high standard of work.
Qualifications:
- Three or more years of social media marketing experience preferred.
- At least one year of hands-on Google Ads experience required.
- Agency or client account-management experience is an asset.
Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience managing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and X.
- Experience using social media management, analytics, scheduling, and reporting tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Experience using AI tools for research, content development, workflow management, reporting, and campaign support.
- Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Eurostaffs, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of content marketing, user-generated content, online community management, and reputation management.
- Excellent professional writing, editing, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong strategic content-development and storytelling abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organization and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple clients with competing and changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Additional Consideration Will Be Given to Candidates With:
- Graphic design skills.
- Photography or video-content experience.
- Experience with remarketing and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Working knowledge of SEO, website development, and conversion-rate optimization.
- Experience building automated workflows and improving agency processes.
- Experience working in a marketing or creative agency environment.
