Social Media Manager

Job Summary

Slon Media Gulf is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team in Hawally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content across multiple platforms, growing online communities, and analyzing campaign performance to strengthen our clients' digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across major social media platforms.
• Manage daily social media activities, including community engagement and audience interaction.
• Monitor trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular analytics reports.
• Monitor brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs, X, and other social media platforms.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
