We are a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in Events, Exhibitions, Conferences, and International Trade Shows. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and strengthen our digital presence across multiple brands, events, and platforms.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for creating engaging content that drives audience engagement and event participation.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for multiple events, exhibitions, conferences, and company initiatives.
  • Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Eurostaffs, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Create, schedule, publish, and monitor content across all social media platforms.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all channels.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging and original content in both Arabic and English, including:
  • Social media posts
  • Reels and short-form videos
  • Stories
  • Event promotions
  • Captions and hashtags
  • Interviews and testimonials
  • Live event coverage
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and content writers to produce high-quality content.
  • Write compelling social media copy and marketing messages tailored to different audiences.

Campaign Planning \& Execution

  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, event milestones, product launches, and industry trends.
  • Execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, registrations, and lead generation.
  • Support marketing initiatives, sponsorship promotions, media partnerships, and exhibitor campaigns.

Community Management

  • Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries in both Arabic and English.
  • Build and maintain active online communities around company brands and events.

Event Coverage

  • Provide live social media coverage during exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and press conferences.
  • Capture photos, videos, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content during events.
  • Coordinate with event teams to ensure timely posting of updates and announcements.

Analytics \& Reporting

  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
  • Reach
  • Engagement
  • Followers growth
  • Website traffic
  • Leads and registrations
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.

Advertising \& Partnerships

  • Assist in planning and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with influencers, media partners, exhibitors, sponsors, and strategic partners to maximize campaign reach.
  • Support lead generation and event promotion activities through social media advertising.

Industry Awareness

  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, AI tools, content formats, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend innovative ideas and new approaches to improve engagement and performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management.
  • Experience in the Events, Exhibitions, Conferences, Hospitality, Tourism, or B2B industries is highly preferred.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) with strong translation and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during events.

Preferred Skills

  • Event photography and videography experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO and email marketing.
  • Experience in paid social media advertising and media buying.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.
  • Experience working with influencers and media partnerships.
  • Basic graphic design and video production skills.
