Social Media Executive (Instagram & Tiktok)

Responsibilities:

Independently manage and oversee the content planning and day-to-day operations of the brand’s

Instagram and TikTok

accounts.

Develop and maintain the

Social Media Content Calendar

, including content scheduling and publishing.

Plan and create different types of content such as

Reels, TikTok videos, Stories and Posts

based on platform trends and audience behaviour.

Take ownership of

short-form video concepts, scripts, captions and shooting briefs

.

Proactively identify

TikTok and Instagram trending content, audio, memes and topics relevant to younger audiences

.

Develop

Social Media Content Plans

to support new product launches, marketing campaigns and store activities.

Participate in the filming and on-site execution of social media content covering

products, stores, lifestyle and brand activities

.

Manage comments, direct messages and audience interactions to strengthen community engagement and build a more active brand community.

Track key social media performance metrics including

Reach, Engagement, Views and Follower Growth

, and continuously optimise content based on performance.

Assist in managing

Creator, Influencer and UGC collaborations

.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of the

Instagram and TikTok ecosystem

, including platform trends and content formats.

Strong content awareness and a good understanding of

Reels and TikTok short-form video content

.

Good

English content and copywriting skills

, with the ability to write natural and engaging copy suitable for the local Singapore social media audience.

Strong awareness of

Singapore’s younger consumers, pop culture and social media trends

.

Able to quickly identify emerging trends and translate them into relevant content for the brand.

Basic photography, video shooting, editing or on-camera experience will be an advantage.

Prior social media experience with

F\&B, lifestyle or retail brands

will be an advantage.
