We're a fast-growing property marketing agency helping developers build brands and launch successful projects across Malaysia. We're looking for a creative all-rounder who is passionate about graphic design, social media, and video content.

If you're someone who enjoys designing eye-catching visuals, creating engaging content, and bringing ideas to life through video, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Design creative visuals for social media, digital advertising, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Produce marketing materials such as brochures, banners, EDMs, and presentation decks
• Plan and create engaging social media content for Facebook, Instagram, Eurostaffs, TikTok, and YouTube
• Shoot videos and behind-the-scenes content using a smartphone or camera
• Edit short-form videos, including Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Create basic motion graphics and animations when required
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media content, and AI creative tools
• Ensure all creative work maintains high visual quality and brand consistency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and content creation
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media content
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects or CapCut is an advantage
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and branding
• Able to shoot and edit engaging social media videos
• Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
• Familiar with current social media trends and content strategies

Bonus Skills

• Photography and videography
• Motion graphics and animation
• Drone operation
• Experience with AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, or Adobe Firefly
• Experience working in a marketing agency or property industry

Salary

RM3,000 - RM5,500 (Based on experience)
