Social Media & Content Manager

WE’RE HIRING! We’re looking for a Social Media \& Content Manager to join Pure Global + Smartipants.We need someone creative, design-led and social-savvy who can:

• Create standout content for Instagram, Facebook \& Eurostaffs
• Design graphics, carousels \& social content
• Create Reels \& short-form video
• Showcase our acts, events, performers \& behind-the-scenes
• Write engaging, social-first captions
• Drive engagement, reach \& follower growth
• Bring fresh ideas and understand what makes people stop scrolling
• You’ll need to be confident using at least one design programme: Adobe, Canva, Figma, Affinity or similar.

Application Task is: APPLICATION TASK

As part of the application, you’ll be asked to create one social media post for Pure Global. Choose one of our existing acts/events, or create a fictional one. Your post can be a single image, carousel or Reel.Alongside it, include:

• The caption you would use
• A short explanation of why you think the post would work
• How you think it could generate engagement, increase visibility and attract new followers

We’re interested in seeing your creativity, design skills and understanding of what makes social content perform.

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
