Social Media Content Creator & Videographer

Bite\&Brew is a growing luxury coffee house and deli in Bradford. We're looking for a creative Content Creator \& Videographer to produce high-quality content for our TikTok and Instagram.

This isn't a traditional social media manager role. We want someone who loves making content — who can walk into the café, spot something happening, and think "that would make a great video." You'll work alongside our Social Media Manager, who handles strategy, approvals and publishing. Your focus is ideas, filming, photography and editing.

What you'll deliver each week

• 5–7 fully edited Reels / TikToks minimum
• 5 professionally edited photos minimum
• Original content ideas, prepared and ready for approval
• Organised raw footage and project files, plus B-roll for our content library

Some content will be polished and cinematic. Some will be staff videos, customer interactions, trends or behind-the-scenes. You should know when each style works. We care about quality, not volume for its own sake.

What you'll create

Food and drink content, coffee and matcha, new product launches, seasonal campaigns, staff-led and customer content, behind-the-scenes, trending concepts, product photography, café atmosphere, events and collaborations.

Working pattern

You'll be on-site at the café 4 hours per day on two days each week (FLEXIBLE) for filming and photography. Everything else — editing, planning, trend research, idea development — you can do when and where suits you, provided the weekly content is consistently delivered on time and to standard. Occasional extra filming for launches or events would be agreed in advance.

Equipment provided

You don't need your own kit. We can provide a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, DSLR camera, CapCut Pro subscription, accessories, and potentially drone access. If you prefer your own setup, we're happy to discuss it.

What we're looking for

• Genuine understanding of TikTok and Instagram, and current trends
• Confident filming and editing short-form video
• A strong creative eye — framing, composition, lighting
• Ability to generate your own ideas rather than waiting to be briefed
• Understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling, music and captions
• Comfortable directing people on camera and interacting with staff and customers
• Knows how to make food and drink look great
• Reliable, meets deadlines, takes feedback well

Experience

Formal qualifications aren't essential — your portfolio matters more than your CV. Experience with a DSLR or mirrorless camera is highly desirable, along with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or Lightroom. Drone experience is a bonus.

You might be a content creator, videographer, photographer, freelancer, or a film/media/marketing student or graduate. Hospitality, food or lifestyle brand experience is an advantage but not required. If you've built your own page and can show you understand good content, we'd like to hear from you.

What we're not looking for

Someone who turns up, films a few random clips and puts trending audio over them. We want someone who asks: what's the idea? What's the hook? Why would anyone watch this? How do we make people share it?

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
