Position Overview
Alexandre Pires Media is seeking a creative, trend-savvy, and highly organized Social Media Content Assistant to join our production team. In this role, you will help manage our digital presence, assist in creating engaging multimedia assets, and coordinate content schedules to drive audience engagement across all major platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Assist in drafting engaging copy, taking photos, and editing short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) tailored to different platform audiences.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Maintain and execute the digital content calendar, ensuring posts are scheduled and published accurately and on time.
- Community Management: Monitor social channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster active, positive engagement within our online community.
- Analytics Tracking: Help track and compile basic performance metrics (likes, shares, reach, growth trends) for weekly team reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience: Prior experience managing social media platforms (professionally or for a personal brand/project) is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or native platform editors.
- Attributes: A strong eye for visual aesthetics, awareness of current digital trends, and exceptional copywriting skills.
- Traits: Proactive, highly creative, organized, and capable of working efficiently under tight content deadlines.
- Eligibility: Valid local working rights.
