As one of the fastest-growing luxury wellness destinations in the Carolinas, we’re looking for an exceptional Marketing & Brand Coordinator who can help elevate our brand, execute innovative marketing campaigns, and create meaningful connections with our community.

This position works closely with our in-house videographer, leadership team, Meta advertising agency, website developer, and outside partners to ensure every guest touchpoint reflects our elevated brand standards.

Position Summary

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who is equal parts creative and organized. You’ll be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing our social media presence, designing marketing materials, coordinating content creator partnerships, supporting public relations efforts, managing email marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand remains consistent across every platform.

While we have an in-house videographer responsible for filming and producing professional video content, this role should be comfortable editing existing footage into polished, engaging content for social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Brand & Graphic Design

  • Design brochures, service menus, signage, promotional materials, print pieces, and in-spa collateral
  • Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and digital marketing
  • Maintain consistency with our luxury brand standards across all marketing materials
  • Assist with new service launches, seasonal promotions, and product releases

Social Media & Content Marketing

  • Manage our social media content calendar
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms
  • Create engaging Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories, Reels, TikToks, and other social content
  • Write compelling captions and marketing copy
  • Monitor engagement and help foster our online community
  • Stay current on social media trends while maintaining our luxury brand identity

Social Media Video Editing

  • Edit short-form social media content using existing footage captured by our videographer
  • Assemble clips into polished, engaging videos for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Add captions, graphics, transitions, music, and branded elements
  • Optimize videos for each platform

Please Note: This is not a professional videography or cinematic editing position. Advanced color grading, audio engineering, lighting, and professional film production are not required.

Marketing Campaigns

  • Coordinate and execute monthly marketing campaigns
  • Assist with new service launches and promotional initiatives
  • Develop creative marketing strategies that support business growth
  • Ensure campaigns are implemented consistently across social media, email marketing, website updates, and in-spa materials

Email Marketing

  • Plan, design, write, and schedule email marketing campaigns
  • Create promotional emails for new services, seasonal offerings, events, retail launches, and special announcements
  • Maintain a consistent email marketing calendar
  • Monitor email performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
  • Segment audiences to deliver relevant and personalized communications
  • Collaborate with leadership to create campaigns that drive bookings, retail sales, and guest retention

Content Creator Partnerships

  • Recruit and manage local content creators
  • Coordinate visits, campaign deliverables, and follow-up communication
  • Build long-term relationships with brand ambassadors
  • Track campaign performance and ROI

Events & Community Outreach

  • Coordinate community events and promotional activations
  • Represent The Head Spa Sanctuary at networking events and community engagements
  • Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
  • Assist with sponsorships and strategic partnerships

Public Relations

  • Draft press releases
  • Coordinate media opportunities
  • Build relationships with local publications, television stations, content creators and community organizations

Digital Marketing

  • Manage and optimize our Google Business Profile
  • Coordinate website updates with our website developer
  • Collaborate with our Meta advertising agency
  • Support SEO initiatives and improve online visibility

Guest Reputation Management

  • Monitor online reviews across Google and other review platforms
  • Respond to guest reviews while maintaining our brand voice
  • Develop strategies to increase positive guest reviews and online engagement
  • Monitor our online reputation and identify opportunities for improvement

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track marketing campaign performance
  • Monitor social media growth and engagement
  • Analyze email marketing performance
  • Evaluate marketing initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Provide regular reports and insights to leadership

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • Experience in marketing, communications, branding, or social media management
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Pro)
  • Experience creating marketing materials for both print and digital platforms
  • Experience editing short-form social media videos
  • Experience managing email marketing campaigns
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
  • Experience coordinating marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with content creators
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience

  • Hospitality, luxury, spa, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle marketing
  • Event planning or event marketing
  • Public relations or media outreach
  • Google Business Profile management
  • Website content management
  • Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, Mangomint, or similar)
  • Google Analytics
  • Basic SEO knowledge

Schedule

This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with standard business hours of 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Because marketing supports content creation, media opportunities, community events, launches, and special initiatives, occasional evening and weekend availability is required.

The Head Spa Sanctuary operates 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, seven days a week, so flexibility is essential to support the needs of the business when marketing opportunities arise outside of normal business hours.
