Skilled Operative

Due to our continued growth in the property industry, we have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Skilled Operative to join our friendly team. Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.

• 5+ years experience in a similar role
• Carpentry works
• Repair works
• Window & door repairs
• Roof & gutter repairs
• Attic insulation works
• General maintenance works and upgrades

Person:

• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Experience of domestic / property maintenance service
• Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
• Manual handling (will be provided)
• A good knowledge of the general building and construction industry
• Full valid driving licence
• Excellent personal presentation and time keeping skills
• Motivated to be part of a successful, focused team

Salary depending on experience & skills: €38,158 plus tax free subsistence

Hours:

7.30am-4pm Monday to Thursday. Early finish on Fridays - 3pm

Pay: €38,000.00-€44,000.00 per year
