JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities, including subcontractors and workers
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitor project progress and report updates to management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies (HSE requirements)
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues promptly
- Manage site materials, deliveries, and inventory control
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities (daily reports, site diaries, etc.)
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients when required
- Ensure quality control and compliance with standards
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of site supervision experience (construction/engineering projects)
- Good knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site and travel as required

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
