We are looking for a responsible and result-driven Site Supervisor to join our Design \& Build team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and project teams, ensuring work progress meets timelines and quality standards, and supporting smooth project execution from design implementation to project completion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work progress meets project schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage site workers, subcontractors, materials, and equipment on site.
- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and monitor work execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, mall/building management, and internal teams for project coordination and permits.
- Ensure compliance with site safety requirements, housekeeping, and building regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports, documentation, and project updates.
- Monitor material usage, delivery schedules, and minimise wastage to improve site efficiency.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly to ensure smooth project completion and timely handover.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in site supervision, construction, or design \& build projects (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if relevant).
- Strong knowledge of site operations, project coordination, and construction processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet project deadlines.
- Willing to travel and work at project sites when required
