Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 5–10 years of proven experience in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and delivering projects safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications. The ideal candidate must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with a transferable Iqama and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all daily site activities related to interior fit-out works.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, skilled labor, and site workers to ensure efficient execution of work.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with approved shop drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and report daily site activities to the Project Engineer and Project Manager.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues promptly.
• Inspect ongoing works to ensure compliance with quality requirements and approved materials.
• Supervise architectural and finishing works, including gypsum partitions and ceilings, painting, flooring, joinery, marble, tile installation, glass, aluminum, metal works, wall coverings, decorative finishes, and MEP coordination.
• Verify site measurements and ensure work is executed according to approved layouts.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, tools, equipment, and manpower.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and potential risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the site is organized and clean.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensures all workers follow safety procedures.
• Assist with snagging, rectification works, testing, commissioning coordination, and project handover.
• Maintain daily reports, site records, manpower attendance, and work progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, Construction Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
• Strong experience supervising commercial, hospitality, retail, office, residential, or luxury fit-out projects.
• Excellent knowledge of interior finishing works and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Preferred Requirements

• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Valid transferable Iqama.
• Available to join immediately.
• Familiarity with Saudi construction standards and HSE regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
