Site Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY
Supervise daily site activities and workers involved in the installation and finishing of portable and temporary buildings. Ensure work is completed safely, correctly, and according to drawings and specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise workers and daily site activities.
• Supervise LGS, gypsum board, cement board, ceilings, flooring and finishing works.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing and HVAC teams.
• Read basic drawings and follow technical instructions.
• Monitor quality, productivity, progress and site safety.
• Distribute work and follow up on completion.
• Report daily progress, site issues and material requirements to management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong practical construction/site supervision experience.
• Experience in portable, modular or temporary buildings is preferred.
• Practical LGS and finishing experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lead workers and solve daily site problems.
• Engineering degree is NOT required.
• Arabic nationality is preferred; other nationalities may be considered based on experience and suitability.
• Must be available to work in Saudi Arabia.

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/site supervision experience is preferred.

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
