Responsibilities : -
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure sub-contractors’ compliance with the contract, plans, specifications, regulations and standards.
- Ensure all materials delivered to site are as per approved specifications;
- Ensure the enforcement and compliance of safety standards at site.
- To record daily work progress.
- Report to superior of any site issue.
- To supervise the work of machine operator \& general worker
- To enhance safety awareness throughout construction period.
- To manage, monitor and control site construction to reduce material wastage plant and machinery idling.
- To understand and coordinate Structural \& Architectural Drawing.
- To liaise with sub-contractors to ensure all works are carry out as per drawing and specification.
- Ensure all work is completed according to dateline and planning.
- Accept job allocation to other project sites when required.
Requirements: -
- At least must possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Analytical and able to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Responsible, discipline, team player and hard working
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office \& Microsoft Project will be added advantages
- Willing to work full time on site.
- Willing to work overtime
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
