Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities on-site to ensure work is carried out according to the project schedule, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements to ensure accurate execution of work.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project requirements.
- Resolve technical issues on-site and provide engineering support throughout the project.
- Attend site meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes and project documentation.
- Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in construction site management (Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, engineering standards, and site management.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD. Knowledge of Microsoft Project or Primavera is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work at project sites and possess a valid driving licence.
