We are currently looking for an experienced Site Operations Manager to join our team in Clonshaugh.

The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for all operations within the warehouse function, overseeing the team and vast activity to ensure we are meeting our customers’ needs and pushing to exceed beyond this.

Role details:

Salary: 65,000 Euros per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week
Working pattern: Monday to Friday (flexibility required)
Location: Clonshaugh, Coolock, Dublin 17

What you’ll do:

Your key accountabilities will include:

Responsible for managing and coordinating the warehouse functions of the distribution center, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective fulfillment of customer requirements
You will liaise closely with the customer to ensure all productivity, accuracy and cost targets are met and exceeded

Your skills and experience will include:

Thorough knowledge and hands on experience of a warehouse function within the FMCG Distribution Industry
A background operating at a Senior Manager level is a must
A passion for encouraging teamwork, focusing on creating an innovative culture where all employees are able to voice their suggestions and ideas
Excellent team management and customer relationship skills
An analytical mindset
