- Build and sustain cross-functional partnerships with internal stakeholders (DC Ops, Capacity Planning, Finance, Procurement, Trade compliance) — influencing roadmaps and securing alignment on logistics priorities
- Own the audit and compliance rhythm: lead monthly audits of inventory controls, drive root-cause analysis on discrepancies, and ensure Sarbanes-Oxley requirements are met with minimal escalation
- Support month/quarter/year-end financial reporting requirements — anticipating issues and resolving them proactively rather than reactively
- Serve as a trusted advisor to IBOS leadership — translate business requirements into actionable process improvements
- influence strategic decisions with data-backed recommendations
- Drive inventory reconciliation strategy to identify risk, manage obsolescence, and correct errors — establishing repeatable frameworks that reduce recurrence
- Escalate with clarity and conviction: raise systemic field issues that require better controls to central logistics, accompanied by proposed solutions and impact analysis — not just problem statements
- Partner with field leads, vendors, and contract labour to develop and execute action plans for new process implementation — coaching others through change management
- Mentor and knowledge-share with peer Site Logistics Operations Specialists — elevate the capability of the broader team through best-practice exchange and informal leadership
- Define and manage KPIs that measure process compliance and logistics performance — connecting operational metrics to business outcomes and presenting insights to leadership
- Lead shared-solution development when inconsistencies are identified across sites — driving consensus across multiple stakeholders and ensuring sustainable adoption
- \\~10% travel is required

- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
