Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR (FIT-OUT WORKS)

We are looking for a Site Engineer with proven experience in fit-out and interior works to join our project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for fit-out projects
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and approved materials
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and timelines
• Prepare site reports, material requests, and work schedules
• Handle inspections and snag list closures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in fit-out / interior works
• Strong knowledge of finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and site execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
