Site Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – SITE ENGINEER

We are an established Interior Fit-Out \& Joinery Company in the KSA, looking for an experienced and hands-on Site Engineer to join our project team.

Position: Site Engineer – Interior Fit-Out \& Joinery

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily interior fit-out and joinery works at project sites.
• Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, site workers, project managers, and consultants.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and site requirements.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, quality, and productivity.
• Coordinate with the joinery workshop and production team for timely delivery and installation.
• Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate technical solutions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and coordinate project updates.
• Ensure proper execution of carpentry, joinery, ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, and other fit-out works.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate deliveries to site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and site regulations.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants, and main contractors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant KSA experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and joinery works.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and construction drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of other relevant software is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and site execution.
• Strong site supervision and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• KSA driving license is an advantage.
• Candidates with proven KSA fit-out/joinery site experience are highly preferred.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼6,000.00 per month
