Site Engineer (Civil & Infrastructure)

Custera O\&M Pte. Ltd. specialises in operations and maintenance of civil and infrastructure assets, including rail tunnels, viaducts, and underground structures in Singapore.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Site Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of civil infrastructure maintenance and renewal works. Fresh graduates with a Civil Engineering degree are welcome to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to resolve technical and logistical issues
• Monitor work progress against programme and report deviations to the Project Manager
• Ensure all works comply with quality standards, contract specifications, and WSH regulations
• Prepare and maintain site diaries, inspection records, and progress reports
• Assist in preparation of method statements, ITPs, and material submissions
• Liaise with clients and consultants in English and Mandarin as required

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline, recognized by the PE Board or BCA
• Minimum 2 years of relevant site engineering experience; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office; Auto CAD experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with WSH regulations and construction quality control procedures

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENT

Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as the incumbent will regularly liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. This is a genuine occupational requirement incompliance with MOM TGFEP.
