Site Agent

Job Scope / Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all daily construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements and project schedule.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Supervise site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors and workers to achieve project milestones.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and equipment efficiently.
• Ensure all construction work comply with quality standards and project specifications
• Identify and resolve technical and site-related promptly.
• Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies and statutory requirements.
• Verify subcontractor’s work progress and certify completed works for payment claims.

Qualifications \& Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Experience in handling high-rise building projects is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project coordination and site management.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with local authority requirements, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and project management software.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction management: 5 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
