SITE AGENT

Full Job Description

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Preparing report \& update the project site progress via Microsoft Project or related project report software/system.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage and monitor workers, subcontractors \& consultant's efficiency and productivity of progress on site.
• Ensure all works carried out are in accordance to work plan as provided.
• To assist Project Manager with the scheduling, planning, forecasting and resourcing.
• Familiar with computer skills including Microsoft Project, Office, Excel and related project report software/system.
• At least 5 year experience or above
• Able to start immediately.
• Own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

Experience:

• Construction site: 1 year (Preferred)
• Experience in handling multiple subcontractors and site teams.
• Knowledge of contract administration and project documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
