[SINGAPORE FLYER] Asst Manager or Executive, Retail Operations and Planning

Overall Job Purpose

Key responsibilities include supervising retail staff, handling backend operations and sales reporting, and boosting sales targets.

Duties \& Responsibilities

• Plan and implement strategies to attract customers and boost sales
• Supervise and train retail staff
• Manage backend ordering and sales reporting
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members
• Monitor costs, budgets, and resources
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge \& Experience

• Minimum diploma in Retail Management or related discipline
• Supervisory experience in Retail industry to lead the retail team
• Possess good writing and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IT systems for cashless payments (preferred but not required) Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
