Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the showroom's daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Welcome customers and provide expert consultation on agricultural products (supplies, equipment, and materials).
  • Monitor showroom inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to maintain product availability.
  • Prepare and submit periodic sales reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Organize in-showroom product displays and promotional activities
  • Track market trends, monitor competitors, and propose development initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in showroom management or sales — agricultural sector experience is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Proficiency in sales software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently achieve targets.
