We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic and customer-focused person to join our small team in our Shop \& Kitchen in Westside, Galway. This is much more than a retail role – it’s about creating a welcoming experience for every customer that walks through our door, while working alongside a supportive team in a busy, enjoyable environment.

Your role will include:

• Greeting and serving customers with a warm, welcoming approach.
• Preparing and serving fresh food (full training provided).
• Making coffees and hot drinks (barista experience is an advantage, but training will be provided).
• Operating the till and completing the daily cash-up.
• Keeping the shop clean, well-stocked and beautifully presented.
• Cleaning food preparation areas and equipment.
• Supporting the kitchen team with food preparation and general cleaning when needed.
• Working together as part of a close-knit team to deliver an outstanding customer experience every day.

• Are naturally friendly, outgoing and enjoy building rapport with customers.
• Have a positive, can-do attitude and are happy to lend a hand wherever it’s needed.
• Enjoy working as part of a small team where everyone supports each other.
• Are reliable, organised and take pride in your work.
• Have retail, hospitality or customer service experience (an advantage, but personality and attitude are just as important).
