We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Shooting Range Assistant to join our Shooting Department. The role is suitable for candidates with experience in security, military, police, shooting ranges, outdoor activities, or other safety-focused environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe and smooth operation of shooting range activities.
- Support the Range Instructor and senior team members during shooting sessions.
- Monitor guests and ensure all safety rules and range procedures are followed.
- Assist in preparing, checking, organizing, and maintaining range equipment.
- Provide basic guidance to guests regarding range rules and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shooting range environment.
- Report any safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
- Assist with crowd control and guest movement within designated areas.
- Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Perform other duties related to the Shooting Department as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in security, military, police, shooting range, sports, outdoor activities, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong awareness of safety procedures and discipline.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, alert, and able to remain calm under pressure.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with security guard experience who are interested in shooting-range operations are encouraged to apply.
