This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of your shift, support and motivate your team, recruit new talent, and help grow our business through creative marketing and social media.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily shift operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth team performance.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Create engaging social media content to attract new staff and promote our business.
• Manage recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Train, coach, and motivate a fun, dynamic team.
• Coordinate staff rosters and support team development.
• Maintain high operational standards and help drive business growth.
• Bring fresh ideas for marketing, recruitment, and team engagement.

• Knows how to use social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Eurostaffs to engage and attract people.
