We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Scrum Master with German to join our team.

What youll be doing

• Coach the team and organization in agile practices
• Moderate Scrum events and remove impediments
• Support continuous improvement and team efficiency
• Facilitate communications between team and stakeholders; support adoption of agile frameworks

What youll bring along

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• At least 8 years of handson experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in ServiceNow context
• Deep knowledge of agile methods (SAFe/Scrum)
• Coaching and facilitation skills; experience with team dynamics
• Experience with agile tooling (Jira/Confluence) and project collaboration
• Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
