Position: Service Manager-Car Wash Station

AWRA Limited is seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our car wash station. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting the overall business performance of the car wash facility.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Service Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
- Managing the daily operations of the car wash station to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
- Supervising, training, and coordinating staff members, including preparing work schedules and monitoring performance
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Monitoring workflow and ensuring vehicles are serviced within the required timeframes
- Maintaining stock levels of cleaning products, equipment, and operational supplies, and arranging replenishment when required
- Ensuring all equipment and machinery are maintained and serviced appropriately to minimise downtime
- Implementing and monitoring workplace health and safety procedures and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
- Managing cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and preparing operational reports for management
- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and staff development where required
- Monitoring business performance and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as required
- Ensuring the premises are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition at all times
Skills and Experience Required
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in service management, retail operations, Car Groomer, hospitality management, automotive services, or a related field
OR
* A relevant qualification in business management, automotive management, or bacholer in any discipline
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage operational priorities effectively
* Basic computer and reporting skills
