We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our new restaurant outlet located at V21 Residences, KKIP.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly, take food and beverage orders, and provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Explain menu items, promotions, and answer customers’ questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Accurately enter orders into the Point-of-Sale (POS) system and process payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to company standards.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and resolve issues according to company policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, cashier counter, beverage station, and other front-of-house areas.
- Clear and reset tables, return used trays and utensils to the kitchen, and ensure the restaurant is always clean and organized.
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping floors, washing and sanitizing utensils, and maintaining restroom cleanliness.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance by wearing the company uniform and complying with grooming standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support other departments when required.
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is an added advantage.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented, positive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Able to commit to long-term employment.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
