Service Crew (Café) – Join Our Team!

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our café team. As a Service Crew member, you will help create a welcoming environment and ensure customers enjoy a great dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers with a friendly attitude.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks promptly.
• Handle cashier duties and process payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining and service areas.
• Clear and reset tables efficiently.
• Assist customers with basic inquiries and requests.
• Work closely with the kitchen and beverage team to ensure smooth operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive, and well-groomed.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• No experience required – training will be provided.
