Server/Bartender

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently at the bar and tables
• Serve food items promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and handling procedures
• Manage cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
• Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service, timely delivery of orders, and friendly interaction
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally to enhance guest experience
• Follow all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant or food service industry preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating bills accurately
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Hospitality experience is a plus; a positive attitude and teamwork orientation are essential

Pay: From $16.75 per hour
