We are looking for a Senior Warehouse and Distribution Operations Manager who can lead large-scale warehouse activities, optimize inventory performance, and improve operational efficiency across our supply chain network. You will oversee logistics planning, warehouse productivity, transportation coordination, and team leadership while ensuring high service standards and operational compliance. This role is ideal for a leader who understands how to balance speed, accuracy, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction in a fast-moving operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations Leadership: Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatching, and transportation coordination across multiple operational areas.

Distribution Strategy: Develop efficient distribution workflows that improve delivery timelines, inventory accuracy, and operational productivity while reducing unnecessary operational costs.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock movement, conduct forecasting analysis, and ensure accurate inventory reporting through warehouse management systems and operational audits.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise warehouse supervisors, logistics coordinators, and operational support teams to maintain high performance and accountability.

Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process optimization strategies that improve workflow efficiency and warehouse safety standards.

Vendor and Transport Coordination: Collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth product movement and timely deliveries.

Compliance and Safety: Ensure all warehouse operations follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and regional operational compliance requirements.

Performance Reporting: Prepare operational reports, KPI tracking analysis, and productivity reviews for executive management and regional stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years of experience in warehouse operations, supply chain management, or logistics leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

Operational Knowledge: Strong understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control procedures, transportation planning, and distribution operations.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead large operational teams, manage performance, and drive continuous operational improvements.

Analytical Ability: Comfortable analyzing operational KPIs, forecasting inventory trends, and making data-driven operational decisions.

Communication Skills: Strong English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional coordination.

Mindset: You are highly organized, operationally focused, and capable of leading fast-paced warehouse environments while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and team motivation.

Pay: KD1,500.000 - KD1,700.000 per month
