Job scope :
· Video \& Content Creation (Primary Focus): Conceive, shoot, and edit short-form video content — Reels, TikToks, product stories, behind-the-scenes — that earns attention for the fintech brands we represent. This is the core of the role. You don’t wait for a brief; you generate ideas, pitch them, and execute them.
· Content Creation: Produce and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos (internally \& externally).
· +Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep the company’s social media presence relevant and effective.
· Collaboration: Work with other departments to manage the company’s social platform reputation, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure brand consistency.
· The brands under your care will encompass luxury audio and consumer technology, among others.
what we're looking for
· A portfolio or active social presence that demonstrates your creative sensibility and output — this matters far more to us than your degree. Show us what you’ve made.
· Hands-on video creation experience: you can shoot, direct, and edit short-form content to a publishable standard. Proficiency with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent is an advantage. You are comfortable in front of the camera as much as behind it.
· Culturally fluent and socially active. You are a native consumer of the platforms you will be creating for — Instagram, TikTok, Eurostaffs — and can instinctively spot what is resonating in the current moment and why.
· Photography and visual direction skills are a significant advantage. You have a strong visual eye and understand composition, lighting, and aesthetic consistency across a feed.
