Key Responsibilities:

● Edit high-quality, high-impact video content for paid ads, social media, and brand campaigns

● Produce performance-oriented video creatives (UGC, testimonials, commercials, short-form ads)

● Take ownership of projects from raw footage to final delivery

● Ensure fast turnaround times without compromising quality

● Maintain a strong sense of storytelling, pacing, hooks, and retention

Required Qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Video Editor (agency or in-house)

● Ability to create high-end, polished edits with strong narrative flow

● Good command of English \& Turkish (spoken and written)

● Experience producing content for international / foreign-language markets

● Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, and attention economics

● Ability to work fast, efficiently, and under pressure

● High level of technical proficiency in professional editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)

● If you have worked as a Post-Production Lead or Editing Director before, this is a strong advantage.
