Job Description

As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Lead Generation \& Customer Acquisition, you are a senior individual contributor and the go-to product expert at the intersection of Marketing and Technology. You will drive the technical roadmap and delivery of scalable solutions that power digital customer acquisition across the APAC region.

You'll drive impact through deep product vision, technical fluency, and close collaboration with marketing and IT stakeholders to deliver mission-critical lead generation solutions. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role where you bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, orchestrating multiple specialized engineering teams to build products that scale.

In this role, you will be in charge of:

  • Define and drive the strategy for scalable customer acquisition, lead tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations.
  • Act as the ultimate translator between Marketing, Sales, and Engineering, turning complex business ideas into clear, actionable technical requirements and user stories.
  • Partner with Frontend Engineering to evolve and optimize our end-to-end Lead Form product.
  • Collaborate with Contact Center team managing CRM workflows to ensure seamless dialing capabilities and customer care processes (Zendesk, Genesys, Aircall).
  • Work with Wholesale Engineering teams to launch and scale wholesale lead generation activities and independent retailer onboarding.
  • Align with Data Engineering team to ensure accurate data ingestion and robust pipelines for e2e marketing/sales reporting in Power BI.
  • Coordinate with Operations teams to ensure system stability and address cross-domain issues pragmatically.
  • Drive requirements for UI/UX improvements and prioritize implementation of A/B testing strategies to maximize conversion rates and user experience.

Your background:

  • 6+ years in Technical Product Management or a similar role, ideally with a background in software engineering.
  • Proven experience working at the intersection of Marketing and Tech. Deep understanding of lead generation funnels, tracking, attribution models, and CRM integrations.
  • You don't need to write production code, but you must have a strong technical foundation. You should be comfortable discussing system architecture, API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud environments (GCP/AWS) with engineers.
  • Experience driving complex, multi-team projects independently in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Exceptional ability to simplify technical complexity for marketing stakeholders, while providing clear business context and detailed requirements to engineering teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, any other language is a plus
