Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary:
TSKU Technology \& Supply Solutions W.L.L. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations, logistics coordination, procurement support, and operational excellence initiatives in Doha. What you'll do:

• Lead daily supply chain operations, logistics coordination, and inventory management activities
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Oversee procurement coordination, supplier performance, and vendor relationship management
• Monitor inventory levels, warehouse operations, and distribution activities to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Collaborate with procurement, finance, sales, and operations teams to align supply chain objectives with business goals
• Analyze supply chain data, KPIs, and operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
• Manage transportation planning, order fulfillment, and delivery performance across multiple channels
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and supply chain best practices
• Lead process improvement initiatives, digital transformation projects, and operational optimization programs
• Mentor and develop supply chain, logistics, and operations teams while fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain operations, logistics management, procurement, or operations leadership
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, procurement, and distribution processes
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced business environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
