We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our supply chain strategy and execution. Key Responsibilities:
Supply Chain Strategy: Develop and implement end to end supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and strengthen supplier reliability.
Procurement Management: Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management across multiple categories.
Logistics Coordination: Ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics operations, minimizing delays and optimizing transport routes.
Inventory Optimization: Maintain optimal inventory levels while balancing demand forecasting and production requirements.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small team of supply chain analysts and coordinators, ensuring high performance and accountability.
Risk Management: Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and production teams to align supply chain activities with business goals.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
Education: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management tools, and demand planning processes.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial supply chains is highly desirable.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and optimize operational performance.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to manage vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross functional teams.
Mindset: Highly organized, solution oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Pay: £5,200.00-£7,800.00 per month
