Job Description:

• Lead and mentor a software engineering team, providing technical direction, coaching, and support.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Golang.

• Design REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures for enterprise-scale platforms.

• Drive technical discussions, architecture decisions, and solution design with business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure software quality through engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.

• Design and optimize solutions using SQL databases, caching, search, and message queue technologies.

• Build and operate cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Establish observability and monitoring practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams.

• Take ownership of technical delivery and guide the team through ambiguity, changing requirements, and complex technical challenges.

Qualifications \& Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or any related field.

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.

• 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead, Technical Lead, or equivalent engineering leadership role.

• Strong hands-on development experience with Golang.

• Strong knowledge of REST API design and API integration.

• Strong experience with Microservices Architecture.

• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with message queue and streaming technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pub/Sub.

• Experience with observability tools and practices, including Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for technical and delivery outcomes.

• Ability to drive discussions and align both business and technical stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in Loyalty, CRM, Telco, E-commerce, or Digital Platform domains will be a big plus.

• Experience designing or operating high-transaction-volume systems will be a big plus.

• Fluent in Thai with good command in English.
