Senior site architect /UPDA Grade A -Replacment Task

Job Summary:

EGEC Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Architect Engineer to oversee on-site architectural works and ensure that execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and local building codes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining the architectural quality and compliance throughout the construction phase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor on-site architectural works to ensure compliance with design documents.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Review and comment on shop drawings and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and address architectural discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Support quality control processes to align with design intent and company standards.
• Attend site meetings and report architectural progress and issues.
• Collaborate with project management teams to meet project timelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 15 years of relevant experience,
• UPDA Grade A
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, detailing, and materials.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural tools.
• Familiarity with local building regulations and permitting processes.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
