As a Senior SEO \& GEO Specialist, you will:

• Coordinate initial workshops to align business objectives, prioritize categories, and define strategic growth directions.
• Ensure the technical setup and calibration of monitoring tools (GSC, GA4, AI visibility platforms) for precise performance tracking.
• Handle on-page and onsite optimization, from heading structure and metadata to internal linking architecture and Q\&A blocks.
• Implement GEO strategies, structuring content to be AI-readable and easily cited by platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google SGE.
• Consolidate domain authority and Entity Trust by coordinating the link-building plan and obtaining relevant external mentions.
• Monitor the impact of activities on business indicators (traffic, conversions, revenue, Share of Voice, and AI visibility).
• Generate comprehensive SEO performance reports, presenting key metrics and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions, sharing advanced knowledge and expertise with the team, whilst mentoring and supporting the junior team members.
• Oversee and successfully deliver projects involving SEO strategies and optimizations across clients.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators and web developers, to ensure cohesive SEO implementation.

What about you?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO, with a solid portfolio in B2B and E-commerce segments and demonstrated results in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Advanced mastery of the profile tool ecosystem: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4, and AI visibility platforms (such as Peec AI).
• Technical expertise in implementing entity-type markups and Schema.org, essential for semantic optimization adapted to AI algorithms.
• Advanced copy editing and content optimization skills, with a focus on conversion and compliance with E-E-A-T standards.
• Possession of relevant certifications (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush Academy, Ahrefs Academy, or specialized SEO/AI Search courses).
• Analytical thinking oriented towards ROI and business impact, complemented by an excellent capacity for synthesis and reporting.
• Flexibility and rigor in managing the volume of deliverables specific to each project in the portfolio.
• Show great communication and collaboration skills, having a growth-oriented mindset and highly developed planning and organization skills.
• Advanced English Speaking Skills.
• Critical thinking and analytical capacity for strategic problem-solving.
• Proficiency in using AI tools in the most accurate mode, ensuring all outputs are carefully verified to prevent SEO/GEO risks and protect clients from potential penalties.
