Job Overview

Quality Professionals (Q-Pros) is a leading quality assurance and software testing company, with a strong presence across the Middle East and GCC. We are looking for experienced senior Scrum Masters to join our team in Saudi Arabia. Qualified candidates should have strong experience in Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, team facilitation, and Agile transformation initiatives, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
• Monitor team progress, identify risks/blockers, and ensure timely resolution.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management and release planning.
• Improve team performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare status reports and performance updates for management.
• Manage kanban boards on tools such as Jira.
• Support organizational Agile transformation and change management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or any related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.

Certifications

• SAFe Leadership certification is mandatory.
• DAC or ICP-ACC certification is preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Leadership, coaching, and facilitation abilities.
• Risk management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Slack.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Technical background and understanding of software development processes.
