Senior SAP Consultant – Project Systems (SAP PS)
Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 18 Months (Extendable)

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Consultant – Project Systems (SAP PS) to support a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program in Doha, Qatar.

The successful candidate will provide specialist SAP PS expertise, support migration and consolidation activities, drive business process improvements, and work closely with business stakeholders, system integrators, and technical teams to ensure successful SAP S/4HANA transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide SAP Project Systems (PS) functional expertise throughout SAP S/4HANA transformation activities.
• Support PS migration, consolidation, design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Lead solution design, fit-gap analysis, blueprinting, and business process improvements.
• Collaborate with business process owners, IT teams, and system integrators to deliver SAP PS solutions.
• Ensure integration of SAP PS with FI/CO, MM, Logistics, and other SAP modules.
• Support project governance, scope management, cost control, and process optimization.
• Drive data migration activities for SAP PS-related objects ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Lead testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.
• Support SAP PS security, roles, and authorization requirements with technical teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project updates.
• Resolve SAP product issues through collaboration with SAP support teams.
• Support change management, user training, and adoption of SAP PS processes.

Required Qualifications \& Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum, Management, IT, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7+ years of SAP experience, including at least 4 years hands-on SAP PS implementation/support experience.
• Experience in at least two full lifecycle SAP Project Systems implementations covering:
• Business Process Design
• SAP PS Configuration
• Gap Analysis
• Development Coordination
• Testing
• Training
• Deployment

• External Systems Interfaces

Preferred Skills:

• SAP PS Certification is an advantage.
• SAP FICO knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience with Agile or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments (Oil \& Gas preferred).
