About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can lead and optimize our commercial operations strategy across multiple business units.
You will not simply manage reports and dashboards; you will help shape how revenue teams operate, collaborate, and grow. You will work closely with executive leadership, sales, finance, and customer operations teams to create streamlined processes that improve performance and long term profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations Strategy:
Develop and improve scalable operational processes that support sales growth, forecasting accuracy, and customer retention.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor KPIs, analyze operational data, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and revenue generation across departments.
Cross Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with finance, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure operational alignment and consistent business performance.
Process Improvement:
Lead initiatives focused on workflow automation, reporting optimization, and operational standardization across multiple business units.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and support operational analysts and coordinators while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Reporting:
Prepare executive level reports and present operational insights that support strategic business decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in revenue operations, business operations, commercial strategy, or related leadership roles within large organizations.
Leadership:
Strong experience managing teams and coordinating cross functional operational initiatives.
Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, reporting platforms, forecasting tools, and business analytics software.
Communication:
Excellent English communication skills are required. Arabic language skills are considered an advantage for regional business coordination.

You are analytical, highly organized, and solution oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency with long term business growth.
Pay: KD2,000.000 - KD2,700.000 per month
