We are looking for a Senior Retail Operations Manager (m/f/d) who can take ownership of our retail operations strategy, store performance, and customer experience standards. You are not simply managing stores—you are shaping operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and driving sustainable business growth across our retail network. You will lead store managers and operational teams while bridging the gap between commercial targets and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Retail Operations Ownership:

Lead day-to-day retail operations across multiple store locations while ensuring sales performance, service excellence, and operational consistency.

Performance Management:

Monitor KPIs, sales targets, conversion rates, customer satisfaction metrics, and store profitability.

Team Leadership:

Manage store managers, department supervisors, and retail teams while mentoring future leaders and maintaining strong team culture.

Inventory \& Supply Chain Coordination:

Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment planning, and coordination with procurement teams.

Customer Experience Strategy:

Ensure premium service standards, customer engagement initiatives, and brand consistency across all retail touchpoints.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with senior leadership, vendors, marketing teams, and external business partners to support operational goals.

What We Are Looking For?

Experience:

8+ years in retail operations, store management, or commercial leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field.

Operational Skills:

Strong expertise in retail KPIs, workforce planning, inventory management, and sales performance optimization.

Leadership Skills:

Proven experience managing multi-site retail teams and driving measurable business growth.

Language Skills:

English (Professional) is required. Arabic is considered an advantage.

Mindset:

You are commercially driven, customer-focused, and capable of balancing operational discipline with brand growth opportunities.
