Job Summary
Nanakeri Wellness \& Lifestyle Bahrain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Retail Operations Manager to oversee daily retail operations, customer service performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in retail management, store operations, wellness retail, lifestyle brands, beauty retail, consumer products, or multi-location retail environments. The successful candidate will support business growth, optimize store performance, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations and ensure smooth store performance
- Lead and support store managers, supervisors, and retail teams
- Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer engagement
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and store standards
- Support merchandising, promotional campaigns, and retail initiatives
- Ensure consistent brand presentation and customer experience across locations
- Analyze operational reports and recommend improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development activities
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations, store management, wellness retail, consumer goods, or related industries preferred
- Previous leadership or multi-store management experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Knowledge of sales performance management and operational reporting preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory
- GCC retail experience is considered an asset
