We're Hiring!

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA/QC Engineer (Civil) to join our team for major infrastructure and pipeline projects in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, and QatarEnergy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Project Quality Plans (PQP).
• Prepare and review Inspection \& Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Procedures.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and applicable international standards.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and third-party agencies.
• Conduct internal quality audits and participate in external audits.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
• Review material submittals, inspection reports, and QA/QC documentation.
• Monitor welding, coating, civil, and pipeline construction quality activities.
• Ensure all QA/QC records are maintained and submitted as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Support project close-out documentation and final handover.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Lead Auditor Certification (ISO 9001) is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure and pipeline projects.
• Proven experience working on QatarEnergy (QE) projects.
• QE Dukhan Project experience will be considered a strong advantage.

Candidates should have strong experience in:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary construction teams.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and QA/QC documentation systems.
